The life of a cookie sheet

Helpful Hint: To keep your cookie sheets looking newer longer, use a sheet of aluminum foil. Not only will your cookie sheet last longer but it will shorten your cleanup time! The aluminum foil will have most of the hard to get stuff on it so you will only have to gently clean your sheet.

Brownies for a crowd

When making brownies for a larger group, I have found it to be much easier to bake them in cupcake papers instead of a brownie pan. When they are ready to be served you don't have to cut them and no one fights over the biggest piece! It will also reduce your clean up time. If you time the cooking right you can make it so the outside is firm and a bit crunchy while the inside is moist, hot and gooey! Enjoy.

Helpful Hints

Cooking can be so much fun but when you spend all of your time preparing your dishes, it begins to loose its excitement. Every cook learnds a few tricks along the way to make the job easier and usually faster. You will have more time to make extra dishes or spend time with family and guests. Some tricks will actually make the dish taste better! I would love to start sharing some of those tricks so we can all save a little prep time. Please feel free to contribute your hints too!

Helpful Hint: When making cupcakes, to save time icing each one with a spatula, try warming the icing and dipping the cupcakes into the icing instead!
